HILL, Circuit Judge.
The National Labor Relations Board is before this Court seeking enforcement of its decision and order of August 19, 1968, against Central Machine & Tool Company, Inc. The Company was found to have engaged in unfair labor practices within the meaning of section 8(a) (3) and (1) and section 8(a) (5) of the Act and to have failed to bargain in good faith as defined in section 8(d). With only slight modification, the findings and conclusions of the trial examiner were adopted by the Board and, pursuant to section 10(c) of the Act, it ordered the enforcement of the examiner’s…
