This is a suit in equity “to receive a patent” under Section 4915, U.S.Rev.St., 35 *934U.S.C.A. § 63. Westinghouse Electric & Manufacturing .Company, plaintiff, is the owner of patent applications by Vladimir K. Zworykin, and Radio Corporation of America, defendant, is the owner of a pat- . ent application by Henry Joseph Round.
