MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER OF DISMISSAL

WILLIAMS, Judge.

Plaintiff, pro se, filed two actions in this Court seeking compensation for the unlawful termination of her blanket purchase agreement (BPA) with the Voice of America (VOA). Plaintiff also raised a myriad of other claims, including Title VII violations, sexual harassment, trespass, theft, invasion of privacy, and breach of contract. Plaintiff seeks damages in excess of $8.9 million.1 This is not the first time Plaintiff has sought redress for alleged wrongs stemming from her brief tenure as a Purchase Order Vendor (POV) at VOA.…
