FINDINGS OF FACT

The plaintiff, Larry L. Moore, tiled a complaint in this court on May 15, 2007, alleging “negligence and assault(s) which occurred in the Maricopa County Jail,” and which allegedly “caused a serious fracture(s) around the eye and bone structure.” Plaintiff states that the attack occurred after he was taken out of protective custody. Plaintiff alleges that during the attack the bone structure surrounding one of his eyes was seriously fractured.
