Appeal from the Twelfth Judicial District. This was an action of ejectment to recover a lot of land situated within the City and County of San Francisco. The complaint was filed April 10th, 1860. On the trial the plaintiff introduced and gave in evidence the following instruments. 1. A power of attorney from J. B. Bayerque to Francois L. A. This is an action for the possession of certain real estate situated within the city of San Francisco. The plaintiff bases his right to recover upon title as evidenced by the possession in 1850 and 1851 of one Mondolet, through whom he claims.
