MEMORANDUM OPINION

WATSON, Judge:

In this opinion the Court denies plaintiffs’ Motion for Reconsideration of this Court’s Order of July 26, 1988 denying plaintiffs’ Motion to Modify Injunction Pending Appeal.

BACKGROUND

On August 11, 1988, plaintiffs filed the subject Motion for Reconsideration of the Court’s Order of July 26,1988 which denied their Motion to Modify Injunction Pending Appeal dated June 28,1988.
