On this judicial settlement of the account, objections have been filed to the decree submitted by the Public Administrator. The distributees are two sisters, one of whom resides in Belgium and the other in the Russian sector of the city of Berlin, Germany. The decree submitted provides for the payment of the latter’s share to the treasurer of the City of New York for her benefit, subject to the further order of the court, pursuant to section 269 of the Surrogate’s Court Act.
