ROBERT M. HILL, District Judge.

Came on for consideration before the Court, Honorable Robert M. Hill, presiding, the motions for judgment filed by the United States of America (Government), plaintiff, and the City of Duncanville (City), defendant. Having considered the motions, the Court is of the opinion that a judgment in the amount of $225,000 plus interest on the amount of the deficiency should be entered.
