Appalachian Power Company appeals a final order of the trial court confirming an award by commissioners of $20,000 to James Rowe Anderson and Vivian J. Anderson, his wife. The award represents compensation for a transmission fine right-of-way easement across the Anderson property, together with right of ingress and egress to and from the right-of-way over an existing road on the property of appellees.
