Amburn v. Daly

This is an appeal from a judgment of the King County Superior Court, entered April 18, 1972, re versing a decision of the Employment Security Department of the State of Washington which had denied unemployment compensation benefits to nine petitioners who were included among some 3,000 claimants similarly denied benefits.
