This cause comes before the Court without oral argument upon consideration of Defendant Vermont Mutual Insurance Company’s (“Defendant”) motion for summary judgment (Doc. 24), Plaintiffs Russell and Denise Noonan’s (collectively “Plaintiffs”) responsive memorandum (Doc. 29), and Defendant’s reply (Doc. 30).
