ANDERSON, Circuit Judge:
In this copyright infringement case, Alve-da King Beal appeals the district court’s grant of summary judgment in favor of the defendants below, Paramount Pictures Corp. and Eddie Murphy. The court rejected the claim that the movie “Coming to America” violated the copyright in Beal’s adventure novel The Arab Heart. 806 F.Supp. 963 (N.D. Ga.1992). Because we agree with the district court’s conclusions, we affirm.
