Appellants-Plaintiffs, Matthew Burgess, William Burgess, Ronald Clark, Yves Dambreville, Michael Eseue, Brett Flynn, Ronald Hamilton, Sr., James Loussaint, Christine Patterson, Rahman Sharief, and Trby Whittaker (collectively "the Employees"), challenge the trial court's grant of summary judgment in favor of Appellee, Defendant, E.L.C. Electric, Ine. ("E.L.C.").
