DOWD, Chief Judge.
Defendant was convicted of two counts of possession of a controlled substance and one count of sale of a controlled substance in violation of § 195.240 RSMo 1978, and *545was sentenced to three concurrent five-year terms. The judgment is affirmed.
The evidence is as follows: Donald Barron testified he contacted the Randolph County Sheriff’s office to formulate a plan whereby Barron would attempt to buy drugs from the defendant.
