FLANIGAN, Presiding Judge.

The trial court, after a nonjury trial, found defendant Douglas Ingleright guilty of the following three felonies: possession of lysergic acid diethylamide (LSD), § 195.0201 (Count I), possession of phenobarbital, § 195.240 (Count II), and possession of less than 35 grams of marijuana, § 195.020 (Count III). The court sentenced defendant to 10 years’ imprisonment on Count I, 10 years’ imprisonment on Count II, and 5 years’ imprisonment on Count III, the sentences to run concurrently. Defendant appeals.
