South Atlanta Associates, Ltd. (plaintiff) brought an action against Myeng K. Cho, Hong Yul Ryu and Nack Y. Paek d/b/a Crystal Cleaners (defendants) alleging that defendants breached a three-year shopping center lease by failing to pay rent, taxes, late fees, common area maintenance fees and water and utility expenses.
