First Union National Bank of Georgia (“the Bank”) appeals from the judgment entered on a jury’s verdict in this case in which a former customer, Davies-Elliott, Inc., was awarded breach of contract and conversion damages and attorney fees and expenses under OCGA § 13-6-11.
Viewed in favor of the jury’s verdict, the evidence was that Elliott operated a number of businesses using corporations, including maintenance of railroad tracks in Georgia and other states.
