This suit was instituted by Henry Galbraith against George T. Dreyfus and the Standard Accident Insurance Company, of Detroit, Mich., for damages as the result of an automobile accident occurring at a point approximately three miles south of Hope, Ark., on May 19, 1934. Plaintiff alleged that he was a guest in the automobile owned and driven by George T. Dreyfus, and that while the said Dreyfus was operating the automobile the accident occurred, and plaintiff alleged he was injured as a result thereof.
