Ben Levy, a resident of Shreveport, Louisiana, sustained physical injuries and was knocked unconscious when the automobile of his brother, Abraham M. Levy, being then operated by another brother, Louie Levy, left the highway and was wrecked two miles east of the town of Tallulah, Louisiana, about the noon hour of November 19, 1939. In a few days after the accident he began to act queerly, indicative of mental unbalance and was taken to Memphis, Tennessee, for treatment as a mental case.
