The Carlew Drilling Contractors, a corporation, owned a certain oil and gas lease in Garfield county. The latter entered into a drilling contraet with the Walker Drilling Company, a copartnership composed of several persons, to sink an oil and gas well on the leased premises. A written contract was entered into between the parties, setting forth the terms and provisions of the con-traet in detail.
