{¶ 1} Defendants-appellants Susan Weinberg, M.D., and her employer Northeast Radiology Inc. (collectively “Dr. Weinberg”), appeal the judgment of the trial court entered on a jury’s verdict in favor of plaintiff-appellee, John Viox II, the administrator of the estate of Jeanne Zach, in a wrongful-death action. Dr. Weinberg also appeals from the trial court’s denial of her motions for a new trial and to amend the pleadings and from the trial court’s award of prejudgment interest to Zach.
