{¶ 1} In this appeal from a judgment of the Huron County Court of Common Pleas, we are asked to determine whether the trial court erred in granting summary judgment to defendants-appellees and cross-appellants Patrick R. Saunders, Antoinette N. Saunders, and Patrick R. Saunders II.
