This was an action brought by N. F. Cheadle against the plaintiffs in error to recover the sum of ' $205.48, for- merchandise and coal alleged to have been sold •and furnished to the said plaintiffs in error, defendants in the court below, and delivered at the Palace laundry in the city of Guthrie by the defendant in error, plaintiff in the court below, at the special instance and request of said plaintiffs in error.
