Village of Frankfort v. Schmid

Appeal from Benzie; Chittenden, J. Bill by the village of Frankfort against Frederick Schmid, surviving partner of Mack & Schmid, to enjoin the negotiation of certain bonds, and for the surrender and cancellation of the same. Defendant filed an answer in the nature of a cross-bill to determine the legality of said bonds. From an order overruling a demurrer to the cross-bill, complainant appeals.
