This is an action in replevin, brought by the Citizens National Bank of Cheyenne, Wyoming, against A. L. Puckett. From an adverse judgment plaintiff appeals. Tbe parties will be referred to as in the ease below.

On December 31, 1920, A. L. Puckett executed promissory notes aggregating $10,500, to the Citizens State Bank of Upton, all due within six months thereafter. These notes were duly transferred before maturity to the plaintiff, the Citizens National Bank of Cheyenne.
