NORDBYE, United States District Judge, and GEORGE F. SULLIVAN, United States District Judge, sitting as a statutory three-judge court, upon the application of the plaintiff for a preliminary injunction enjoining the defendant from enforcing against the plaintiff the provisions of Chapter 284, Session Laws of Minnesota for 1939.
