— In an action, inter alia, for specific performance of an option to purchase a certain residential premises owned by the defendants, the defendants appeal, as limited by their brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Murphy, J.), entered September 26, 1984, as denied their motion for summary judgment, granted the plaintiffs’ cross motion for summary judgment to the extent of directing the sale of the premises to the plaintiffs, and upon severing the plaintiffs’ claim for compensatory damages, directed a trial upon that claim.
