The plaintiff, Debra M. Bertocci (hereinafter “Plaintiff’), brought suit against Indoor Sports Management, Inc. as General Partner of Acton Indoor Sports Limited Partnership, Acton Indoor Sports Limited Partnership and Kevin Hull (hereinafter “Defendants”) alleging that their negligent operation of a batting cage facility resulted in serious injury to the Plaintiff.
