Suit by appellant to foreclose a mortgage given to secure a bond executed by appellee Gilmore. The *147complaint avers that appellant issued to Gilmore a certificate of stock for five shares in class A of appellant association; that afterwards Gilmore borrowed from appellant $500, and executed a bond for that sum, and a mortgage to secure the same; that, after making a certain number of payments, Gilmore refused to make further payments, leaving a balance still due and unpaid.
