The Controlled Substances Act, 84 Stat. 1242, 21 U. S. C. §801 et seq., prohibits the manufacture and distribution of various drugs, including marijuana. In this ease, we must decide whether there is a medical necessity exception to these prohibitions. We hold that there is not.
