This case originated in the justice court of Howard county where plaintiffs sued defendant for $180 interest on a note which plaintiffs owned. Plaintiffs recovered judgment in the justice court and defendant appealed to the circuit court where the cause was again tried and judgment rendered in favor of plaintiffs in the sum of $180. Defendant brings the case here by appeal.
