Plaintiff herein has filed a bill for an accounting in which he seeks to have determined the amount due and payable to each of several of the defendants, as well as to plaintiff, out of trust funds or trust property held by him and- herein referred to as the Prosser trust. Plaintiff also seeks to have determined what, if any, liability exists on the part of the estates of deceased persons whose estates are made defendants herein.
