This is an appeal by defendants from an order striking their answer as irrelevant, sham and frivolous and not constituting a defense to plaintiffs’ cause of action, and granting judgment in accordance with the prayer of the complaint.

Plaintiffs alleged that in an action instituted by them in the Circuit Court of Orange County, Florida, a court of general jurisdiction, they recovered judgment against defendants on October 28, 1958, for $12,383.82, which was duly docketed and enrolled in the Clerk’s office of said county; that no part of said judgment had been paid and that there…
