This is a suit in equity to set aside a judgment at law on the ground that it was obtained through fraud. It is here on an appeal from an order overruling a demurrer to the complaint.
In June, 1948, Elizabeth J. Bryan, Harry O. Lifrage and Vivian B. Lifrage brought an action against J. G. Bryan for the recovery of damages on account of the loss of their tenants and sharecroppers.
