In accordance with his pleas, appellant was found guilty of wrongful use of cocaine and amphetamine/methamphetamine in violation of Article 112a, Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), 10 U.S.C. § 912a, by a military judge sitting alone as a special court-martial.
