The district court of Fremont County declined to issue a writ of prohibition directed to the respondent George F. Dobler, a justice of the peace of that county having his office in Lander, Wyoming, to restrain him from issuing execution and enforcing a judgment theretofore entered by said justice against the relators, C. I. Jane and Nina B. Kane.
