This is an appeal from a judgment of the district court granting a permanent writ of prohibition. In the petition *121for an alternative writ, the respondents, Campbell and his wife, alleged that J. I). Reavis' commenced an action in the justice court of Murray Precinct, Salt Lake County, against the Campbells to recover a commission for the sale of real estate. Summons was served on the Campbells in Salt Lake City, where they resided.
