WILLIAMS, Associate Justice.

This appeal is taken from a judgment rendered in favor of the defendant in an action of trespass to try title, brought by appellants, to recover two lots in the town of Garrison, which are claimed by appellants under a purchase made by them at a sale by the sheriff under an order of sale foreclosing a writ of attachment in their favor, and against D. T. Pounds, which had been levied on the lots,, and which are claimed by Pounds as his business homestead, exempt from such writs. •
