Appeal from District Court, San Augustine County; W. B. Powell, Judge. Trespass to try title by W. L. Holman against the Houston Oil .Company of Texas, and others intervene. Judgment for defendant and interveners as against the plaintiff and defendant, and for defendant as against the plaintiff, and both appeal.

In this case W. L. Holman brought suit in trespass to try title against the Houston Oil Company of Texas to recover the east half of the Nathaniel Hyden league of land, located in San Augustine county. Defendant answered by general demurrer, general denial, plea of not guilty, and special plea of the statute of limitation of four years.
