Plaintiff appeals from an order entered by the circuit court granting the motion of defendants Cecil Partee and Hollis Green for summary judgment on plaintiff’s second amended complaint. The action against William Hall remains pending in the circuit court and is not part of this appeal. We have jurisdiction pursuant to Supreme Court Rule 304(a) (134 Ill. 2d R. 304(a)).
