FRIEDMAN, Judge.

Gregory H. Suprock (Claimant) appeals from an order of the Workmen’s Compensation Appeal Board (Board) affirming a referee’s 1 denial of workers’ compensation benefits to Claimant. We vacate and remand.

Claimant was employed by Millersville University of Pennsylvania (Employer) while working under the second of two one year *1338contracts, teaching anatomy and physiology to nursing students.
