Two petitions were filed in the underlying probate case, ultimately seeking determination of the amount eleven living siblings will receive from the estate of their deceased mother. The petitions were consolidated for trial. Both petitions were filed by Jeanette Cordes, the first seeking the court’s judgment removing brother, Jack Williams, as personal representative of the estate of Carrie C. Williams, deceased.
