Sisters Crystal Denise Herbert and Lacey Diann Mayer appeal from a judgment of the Probate Division of the Circuit Court of Buchanan County denying their petition for the discovery of assets, filed pursuant to § 473.340, 1 in the decedent’s estate (the estate) of their grandmother, Dollie Marie Herbert (the decedent).
