I. Background

This matter is before the Court on parallel motions to dismiss in two cases. This Court has jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1332. The moving defendants in *919these cases are the following companies that operate internet travel sites: Hotels.com, L.P.; Hotwire, Inc.; Expedia, Inc.; Orbitz, LLC; Trip Network, Inc. (d/b/a CheapTickets); Internetwork Publishing Corp.
