DAVIDSON, Presiding Judge.
Appellant was convicted of manslaughter and allotted the minimum punishment of two years in the penitentiary.
Briefly, the facts show that appellant and deceased, Dutch Doss, were closely related by family connection and lived in the same neighborhood. Without going into details, the evidence discloses that appellant got up early, went into his pasture to drive his mules to the lot to feed them with a view of going to the county seat.
