GOLDBERG, Justice.

This case involves the disclosure of certain records pursuant to the Access to Public Records Act (APRA). Finding no genuine issue of material fact, a Providence County Superior Court trial justice granted the plaintiff’s motion for summary judgment and ordered the defendant to release all the requested documents. Significantly, however, the trial justice also ordered that these documents be released in unredacted form.
