This cause is before the Court upon motion of Bay State Milling Company (“Bay State”), a creditor of William Martin, Sr. (“Debtor”), for an order dismissing Debt- or’s case under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code, or alternatively converting it to a case under Chapter 7.
