KRESSEL, Bankruptcy Judge.
On January 12, 1999, IMPAC Funding Corporation filed a motion to validate a foreclosure sale of the debtors’ principal residence and for relief from the automatic stay. The bankruptcy court 1 denied IM-PAC’s motion and subsequently confirmed the debtors’ plan. IMPAC did not object to confirmation of the debtors’ plan, did not seek a stay of the order of confirmation, and did not appeal the order of confirmation.
