Emeterio Cuadrado was driving his automobile along Je-sús T. Piñeiro Avenue towards Guaynabo. While approach*152ing a parking area at the center -of the avenue he slackened the speed to enter the same and at that very moment he was hit in the rear part by a vehicle driven by Ursula García Ramirez.
