We learn from the record in this case that on the 6th day of May, 1892, the respondent commenced her action, and caused a writ of attachment to be issued, under and by virtue of which the sheriff of Eureka county levied upon and took into his possession property of the defendant of the value of one thousand eight hundred dollars. That on the 13th day of August, 1892, the said cause was tried, and judgment rendered that the plaintiff take nothing by her action, and that the defendant have judgment for his costs.
